Considering customer’s problem as our own, we intend on solving their problems regarding electrical appliances as soon as possible, either at their own home or bringing them in our workshop if required. There are often a lot of questions when it comes to services and their charges along with the way we conduct it. So here are few of the most frequently asked questions by our customers that might be helpful for you.

General Questions
Even though we started our services initially only in Kathmandu, now we’ve been able to spread our door to door services through expert technicians in various districts such as Bhaktapur, Lalitpur, Nuwakot, Dhading & Sindhupalchowk. We even provide spare parts to other districts. So, if you happen to live in any of these districts feel free to connect with us for your repair services.

Initially, we charge the minimum amount for the repair service. But if the repair requirements are huge, we charge additional amount for those. We don’t charge you before hand for the repair service. We fix the price after complete diagnosis of the problem. We consult with our client about the issue and the cost of the repair before taking any projects.
